
THIS IS A PERSONALIZED METHOD OF TRAINING. A RESIDENT AND A PERSONAL TRAINER WORK ONE-ON-ONE DURING EACH FITNESS SESSION. These sessions could include training in the Corte Bella Fitness Club, Pool, or in the Movement Studio. Your personal training session will begin with a health evaluation combined with a more personalized goal-setting session. Depending upon the information obtained from the evaluation, a fitness program will be designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the resident.

Meet The Trainers
JAN OLGUIN
Jan has 16 years experience in the fitness industry. A native of Arizona, she has worked with all ages and fitness levels. She is certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and through Healthcare Dimensions as an Older Adult.
Exercise Instructor. Continuing education courses include Resistance Training & Muscular Strength, Range of Motion, Senior Fitness, and Water Fitness. Her program design emphasizes core strengthening and stabilization.
VIC FASTIGGI
